[SHIFT TO ONLINE FOR WEEK 11 AND 13 FOR TERM 2 A.Y. 2025 - 2026]

The Office of the Provost announced adjustments to class and work arrangements for the Manila and Laguna campuses due to global oil supply issues caused by the conflict in the Middle East.

• March 16–21 (Week 11): Lecture classes shift online. Science and Engineering labs remain onsite, and previously scheduled in-person exams may proceed. Campuses remain open, except March 20 (Holiday).

• March 23–28 (Week 12): Normal class and work arrangements resume.

• March 30–31 (Week 13): All classes shift online and personnel will work from home.

• April 1–4: Classes and work are suspended in observance of Holy Week. Campuses will be closed from March 30–April 5.

• April 6: Normal classes and work resume, marking the start of Final Examination Week.

In view of the upcoming Holy Week, there will be no classes for Manila and Laguna Campus. Please see the summary of the guidelines below:

❌No Campus Access
❌No Office Operations
❌No Class Activities
❌No Synchronous Face-to-Face and Online Classes
❌No Submission Due Dates and Summative Exams

March 30 (Monday) and March 31 (Tuesday) will proceed as regular online classes. However, please be advised that campus access is restricted on these dates.

The final examination schedule has been moved by two days from its original dates.

[SETTLEMENT OF CLEARANCE FOR T2, A.Y. 2025-2026]

Good day, Lasallians!

The Office of the University Registrar would like to remind the academic community that starting April 6, 2026, students may already check their Archershub accounts for the Settlement of Clearances for Term 2, AY 2025-26. This is to ensure that students will be able to enlist/enroll and print their EAF for AY 2025-2026, Term 3.

The deadline for Settlement of Clearance is until April 15, 2026.

For questions and/or clarifications regarding pending clearances with office/s (i.e. OUR, OAS, SDFO, HSO, Accounting, Library, and Chemistry Laboratory), students are requested to coordinate with the office concerned for updating the clearance system. Please send an email using "Settlement of Clearances" as the subject line.

REMINDER: If the dropdown for the clearance hold is empty, it means that the student is cleared for the term. Otherwise, a clearance hold will be shown.

[CLARIFICATION ON CLEARANCES]

Students who have outstanding balances will not have a clearance hold under FAO.

However, clearance holds will still be applied from other offices such as OUR, AdSO, SDFO, etc.

With this, we are advising all students to check their clearance hold through Archers Hub. A tutorial is attached on the prior announcement.
