The AFU threw "meat waves" to storm Russian defenses and occupied the first trenches near Orekhovo

▶️The AFU offensive on the Zaporozhye front near Orekhovo resumed yesterday and by night had acquired serious proportions.

▶️Along the line Novodanilovka - Rabotino, the AFU, under the cover of artillery, began to attack. At first infantry with armored vehicles, then infantry in KAMAZ trucks and pickup trucks, and then on foot with "meat waves".

▶️Crowds of the Armed Forces of Ukraine perished on the open field under the fire of "Grads", mortars, howitzers, machine guns and attack helicopters, their equipment was on fire, but they still attacked in waves.

▶️The soldiers of the 291st, 70th and 1430th regiments and the 417th reconnaissance battalion, with the support of 22 special forces brigades, artillerymen and aviation, repelled attacks, mowing down the enemy with fire.

▶️At the cost of heavy losses, the AFU are slowly moving forward, littering the way with corpses along the lines of defense in depth of the Russian Army, created specifically for such maneuverable defensive operations.
