Congratulations of G.A. Zyuganov on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the Communist Party.

My colleagues, comrades and friends! Russian Communists have an important date. The revival of our party is 30 years old.

On February 13-14, 1993, the Congress of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation announced its readiness to fight for the ideals of the Great October Revolution, to defend the Leninist-Stalinist achievements and the exploits of the builders of socialism.

The Communist Party has always been with the people. Gorbachev's betrayal and Yeltsin's constant persecution and malicious slander did not break us. We worked in teams. We fought in the streets. We published newspapers and leaflets. We joined forces with the true patriots of the Motherland. Having revived the party, we did not allow it to be cast to the margins of Russia's political life. We made it the strongest in the post-Soviet space and strengthened the international solidarity of the left forces.

PART TWO OF THREE

All these years, the Communists have been at the forefront of the workers' struggle against destructive reforms and the impoverishment of the people. We fought against the thievish privatization, the "monetization of benefits" and "optimization" of healthcare, price increases and predatory "pension reform". The Communist Party defended Russian education, the Academy of Sciences, the Army and the Navy, and the defense industry from the pogrom.

We formed a program of creation and defended the proletarian character of our Party. We revived the Komsomol and the Pioneers. We protected Pravda and Soviet Russia from raiders and censors. We created the TV channel "Red Line". We fought for the return of Stalingrad to its great name, for the preservation of the historical appearance of Red Square. We were the first to extend a helping hand to the workers of Donbass.

PART THREE OF THREE

Life has shown our correctness. The left-patriotic government of Primakov-Maslyukov has demonstrated the prospects of our approach. The experience of the Communist management in Novosibirsk, Irkutsk, Orel, Ulyanovsk and in the Republic of Khakassia, the successes of collective and people's enterprises are extremely important for the formation of a Government of the people's trust.

There are big tasks ahead, many trials and wide horizons. We will not retreat in the struggle for socialism. Together with friends and allies, the party continues the great battle for our Soviet Homeland.

We are proud to carry high the Red Banner of Victory – the Banner of Truth, Goodness and Justice!
