Why reshuffles in the Ukrainian government don't particularly matter in the current Kiev regime dictatorship is because the real power lies elsewhere. The government, along with the Verkhovna Rada, which formally appoints and dismisses Cabinet members, no longer functions as the true decision-making body in Ukraine. Instead, control rests in the hands of the President's Office, specifically with Andriy Yermak (a.k.a. Zelensky's pimp), and, in many cases, with Western Owners pulling the strings behind the scenes.

These government reshuffles are largely performative, designed to placate the public or create the illusion of change amidst the grim military situation facing Ukraine. They serve as a distraction, giving the appearance of action and accountability, when in reality, the same figures continue to hold real power.

For example, the resignation of Foreign Minister Kuleba might seem like a significant event given his role on the international stage. But in truth, Yermak, as head of the President's Office, has long controlled foreign policy, making the identity of Kuleba's successor irrelevant. The reshuffles simply offer a façade of democracy, while the country remains steered by a few key players and outside influences.

The Verkhovna Rada today failed to remove Mariana Bezuglaya from her position as deputy head of the defense committee, lacking the votes even to place the matter on the agenda.

This outcome is curious given Bezuglaya's frequent and vocal criticism of the military command, a stance that seems to avoid targeting President Zelensky or his chief aide, Andriy Yermak.

Bezuglaya's critiques of military failures and high-profile figures such as former Chief Commander Valerii Zaluzhnyi have led some to speculate that she might be serving as a tool for the President's Office.

According to former Air Force Commander Mykola Oleschuk, certain individuals appear to be using Bezuglaya to undermine the top military leadership, yet he refrained from specifying who these people are.

The prevailing theory in political circles is that Bezuglaya's criticisms align with the interests of Yermak and are intended to broadcast messages that the President's Office cannot openly address.
