Out of 11.1 million men aged 25 to 60, only 3.7 million can be mobilized. The rest are either fighting, disabled, abroad, or reserved. An Info Sapiens poll showed that 48% of men are not ready to fight, 34% supposedly are ready, and the rest answered, "hard to say."

The Ujrainians continue to conduct counterattacks and attempt to push out units of the Russian Armed Forces from Orlovka and Tonenkoye.
