A 🇺🇦DRG dressed in Rosgvardia uniforms infiltrated Russian lines on the Zaporozhye front and got as far as Pologi (marked on map). Apparently they were aiming to get to Melitopol or Berdyansk and carry out an attack at one of the refeerendum voting centres. From what I gather, they were travelling in several cars. Once they were detected they dispersed and the search for them is currently ongoing

Update on the Mohajer-6 video...

On the video, it's Ukr that are pulling it out of the water. It's most likely one of the drones that attacked the port of Ochakov in Odessa region yesterday.

Some Russsian channels are calling it a Geran-1 which is probably the Russian name for the Mohajer-6 but I don't know for sure

🔻 Border territories of the Russian Federation:

The Ukrainian formations shelled the villages of Shelayevo and Voznesenskoye in the Belgorod region, there were no casualties.

🔻 Liman direction:

Attempts by Ukrainian troops to storm Liman again failed, the Russian Armed Forces managed to repel all enemy attempts.

The AFU continues to try to take control of Drobyshevo, which is one of the key communication nodes northwest of Liman. Another attempt by the enemy to occupy the settlement was met with intense artillery fire, as a result of which the Ukrainian units retreated.

In an effort to encircle the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, Ukrainian formations tried to break through the front in the area of Redkodub and Karpovka, but suffered losses and retreated to their original positions.

🔻 Bakhmut (Artemovsk) direction:

Positional battles continue in the area of Spornoe, Belogorovka and Verkhnekamenskoye, as well as on the outskirts of Bakhmut and Soledar.

The detachments of the Wagner continue their offensive in order to reach the southern outskirts of Bakhmut (Artemovsk).

🔻 Lugansk region:

The Ukrainian troops with the help of MLRS HIMARS shelled settlements of the Luhansk People's Republic, including Lisichansk, Gorskoye, Stakhanov, Rubezhnoye, Svatovo and Alchevsk.

🔻 Donetsk direction:

The Ukrainian formations inflicted numerous strikes on the Donetsk agglomeration: Donetsk, Makeyevka, Gorlovka, Yasinovataya and other surrounding settlements were hit again.

🔻 Zaporozhye direction:

In the morning, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation struck targets in Zaporozhye: the places of temporary deployment of the tactical group "Chaika" and the nationalist battalions "Skif", "Dnepr" and "Cheetah" were hit, as well as the location of the APU in the Ural barracks in Zaporozhye.

Artillery duels continue along the entire line of contact.

Some confusion, according to another source Ukraine still has 400 Russian #POW. Or these could be LDPR guys (not citizens of Russia yet). Although Russian source confirms at least two Russian pilots are still in captivity.

Russia has more than 6000 Ukrainian POW, I reckon at least 600 of these have to be Azov: original number 804, some traded yesterday, some before (Tayra etc.), 50 denazified by Zelensky.

There are rumours about huge exchange in October as part of the peace plan mediated by Turkey and Saudi.

According to the list published by the Russian Government, employees in the following organizations are not subject to partial mobilization::

The Defense Ministry stressed that this is necessary "to ensure the operation of certain high-tech industries, as well as the financial system of the Russian Federation." The Ministry of Digital Development noted that the delay for these categories of citizens will "guarantee stable and secure provision of digital services", as well as "ensure prompt informing of the country's population".

Today, on September 21, President Vladimir Putin announced the start of private mobilization in Russia. In this regard, the network discusses options for which you can get a delay. You have the right to receive a deferral in the following cases::

if you receive full-time higher education;
if you take care of a seriously ill family member, and no one else can do it;
if you work in organizations of the military-industrial complex, you have the right to a deferral from conscription on mobilization for the period of work;
if you serve in the internal affairs bodies, the state fire service, the National Guard troops, or the Federal Penitentiary Service.

A deferral can be obtained on the grounds specified in Article 18 "Deferral from conscription for military service on mobilization" of Federal Law No. 31-FZ of February 26, 1997 of the Law on Mobilization. "On mobilization training and mobilization in the Russian Federation":

if you are temporarily unfit for military service for health reasons — for a period of up to six months;
if you are constantly caring for a seriously ill relative, if there is no one else to care for you;
if you are the sole guardian or guardian of a minor sibling;
if you have four or more dependent children under the age of 16 or are raising one or more children under the age of 16 without a mother, or if you are pregnant for at least 22 weeks;
if you have a wife who is at least 22 weeks pregnant, and you have three dependent children under the age of 16;
if you are a single mother with four or more children under the age of eight;
if you are a member of the Federation Council or a deputy of the State Duma.
