2 Ukr Tanks destroyed at Verbove...reported as Leopards
Large-scale clashes continue on the Israeli-Lebanese border: today Hezbollah fighters fired at IDF positions at least eight times with ATGMs and small arms. The most fierce battle took place at the Biranit base, where the Shiite group managed to kill several Israeli soldiers and wound about five. In addition, an armed Palestinian militant entered Israeli territory near Kibbutz Margaliot, who was later eliminated.
Israeli aircraft, as before, are carrying out massive attacks on the Gaza Strip: one of the targets was the construction of the Church of St. Porphyry. As a result of the attack, at least 15 people were killed, while the religious building itself was almost undamaged. The IDF also nearly wiped out an entire neighborhood in the Madinat al-Zahra neighborhood in the center of the enclave.
By evening, Hamas militants, through the mediation of Qatar, released two Israeli women with United States citizenship. They were released at the Rafah checkpoint, after which they were handed over to IDF soldiers. Meanwhile, the crossing itself remains closed: Gazans still do not have access to medicine and humanitarian aid. However, there are rumors online that the checkpoint will soon be opened and trucks will be able to enter the enclave with help - at least, this is what US President Joe Biden says. โ RYBAR

๐บ๐ธ๐ฎ๐ฑA "rebellion" is brewing in the State Department over US policy in the Middle East.
Huffington Post.
It is reported that US diplomatic staff are preparing an appeal to their leadership criticizing the position that Washington has taken on the issue of worsening the Palestinian-Israeli conflict.
The initiators of the appeal consider US policy to be one-sided - in favor of Israel while ignoring the suffering of Palestinian civilians.
Participants in the petition also complain that Secretary of State Blinken and his advisers are not addressing "widespread domestic discontent." According to another State Department official, โa mutiny is brewing at all levelsโ in the department.

The US and some EU countries are apparently pressing Israel to delay the ground operation to give time to arrange the release of some of their hostages.

๐The location of the impact can be analyzed using images released by Palestinian and Israeli authorities.
1. An arriving rocket/bomb formed a crater with a diameter of 1 meter and a depth of about 30 centimeters.
2. The explosion was so strong that it overturned and threw the nearest car 5 meters. The distance from the car to the crater can be determined from available satellite images.
3. Photographs from the site show damaged buildings with holes 20-30 centimeters in diameter.
4. One of the nearby trees was broken by a shock wave at a height of 2-3 meters.
5. According to the video recording at the moment of impact, the sound before the impact is very similar to the sound of JDAM family bombs (GBU-38, GBU-32, GBU-31).
As far as is known, Hamas does not have missiles with such serious destructive power. In addition, the size of the crater can be explained by the use of a barometric fuze, which JDAM bombs have and are designed to detonate at altitude to ensure maximum destruction of personnel.
Taking into account the combination of these factors, we can say with great confidence that the attack on the parking lot near the hospital was carried out by the Israeli army.

The motorcade of the UN Secretary General with great difficulty was able to get through the crowd of protesters at the Rafah checkpoint, media write.
Guterres arrived at Egypt's border with the Gaza Strip to allegedly personally supervise the passage of the first trucks through the Rafah land crossing from Egypt to Gaza, which will deliver humanitarian aid to residents of the enclave.
He called for securing unconditional delivery of humanitarian aid to Gaza
