According to the list published by the Russian Government, employees in the following organizations are not subject to partial mobilization::

in accredited IT companies "involved in the development, development, implementation, maintenance and operation of information technology solutions and ensuring the functioning of the information infrastructure";

in telecom operators that are involved "in ensuring the stability, security and integrity of the functioning of communication facilities, data processing centers, as well as public communication facilities and lines in the Russian Federation";

in accredited mass media, radio broadcasters, and TV channels that are involved in the production and distribution of media products;

in organizations that "ensure the stability of the national payment system and financial market infrastructure", as well as in those companies that are associated with the management of bank liquidity and cash circulation.

The Defense Ministry stressed that this is necessary "to ensure the operation of certain high-tech industries, as well as the financial system of the Russian Federation." The Ministry of Digital Development noted that the delay for these categories of citizens will "guarantee stable and secure provision of digital services", as well as "ensure prompt informing of the country's population".

Today, on September 21, President Vladimir Putin announced the start of private mobilization in Russia. In this regard, the network discusses options for which you can get a delay. You have the right to receive a deferral in the following cases::

if you receive full-time higher education;
if you take care of a seriously ill family member, and no one else can do it;
if you work in organizations of the military-industrial complex, you have the right to a deferral from conscription on mobilization for the period of work;
if you serve in the internal affairs bodies, the state fire service, the National Guard troops, or the Federal Penitentiary Service.

A deferral can be obtained on the grounds specified in Article 18 "Deferral from conscription for military service on mobilization" of Federal Law No. 31-FZ of February 26, 1997 of the Law on Mobilization. "On mobilization training and mobilization in the Russian Federation":

if you are temporarily unfit for military service for health reasons — for a period of up to six months;
if you are constantly caring for a seriously ill relative, if there is no one else to care for you;
if you are the sole guardian or guardian of a minor sibling;
if you have four or more dependent children under the age of 16 or are raising one or more children under the age of 16 without a mother, or if you are pregnant for at least 22 weeks;
if you have a wife who is at least 22 weeks pregnant, and you have three dependent children under the age of 16;
if you are a single mother with four or more children under the age of eight;
if you are a member of the Federation Council or a deputy of the State Duma.

Brand new Su-57 at KNAAZ on Sep 22....looks real smooth
Some news on aircraft production at KNAAZ, the production facility in Far East Russia that makes Su-35S and Su-57.

They have finished a new production line with capacity to produce 30 + Su-35s per year.
Currently, the Su-57 is in the low level production stage.

A similar production line (like the one for the Su-35) with same capacity is being finalised for Su-57 production

Reps from KNAAZ that were interviewed say they will be ready to produce over 2 dozen Su-57s per year in 1-2 years.

A second production line is being planned in the near future with their ultimate target being to produce close to 100 per year
A new control and test station has been opened where the radar absorbing material is being applied. As it's a complex process, the new facility will speed up the process compared to the older method
