Regarding the head of Wagner, Prigozhin visiting a Russian prison. There's been some discussion on the Rus forums about it and what it could mean.

In his speech, Prigozhin offered the following:

Anyone who signs up for a minimum term of 6 months service in the SMO and survives will be pardoned and have the option to either return to civilian life or can sign a longer term contract with Wagner.

Those that will be killed he said that Wagner doesn't leave anybody behind (incl the dead) and they can choose where they can be burried with full honors in a military cemetary of their choice.

He also told them that Wagner doesn't surrender and each one of them will be provided with a grenade to use on himself in case they ever fall into a situation where they have no other option.

He emphasised he is looking for "storm-troopers"...not cooks, computer nerds (IT specialists) or drivers and so on

Some people believe that this offer will be very attractive for prisoners who have long term prison sentences, as life in a high security Russian prison is not easy to put it mildly.

Border areas of the Russian Federation:

▪️ Ukrainian formations shelled the village of #Borki in Valuysky district of #Belgorod region with mortars again this morning, but no one was injured.

▪️ Ukrainian Forces also shelled the #Nekhoteevka border crossing and destroyed a customs building and a petrol station in the border area. In addition, the enemy continued to shell the nearby village of Krasny Khutor.

#Kharkov Direction:

▪️ Ukrainian Forces continue to clear the areas abandoned by Russian Forces and prepare for further attack attempts against Russian positions.

▪️ Artillery of the 14th Army Brig´s 2nd company are establishing firing positions in #Shevchenkovo, #Bezmyatezhny and #Gryanikovka.

1. Weaken Germany, strengthen the United States. The United States cannot survive the current economic crisis without external support. The policy of quantitative easing and uncontrolled issuance of funds since 2020 has led to a significant increase in public debt and an oversupply of funds in the economy. The only available source of resources for the American economy is the economies of European countries bound by NATO and EU commitments. However, the growing independence of Germany, which will be strengthened as the United States withdraws from the European continent, is extremely alarming. This could lead to a constructive political consensus between Germany and France, followed by Italy and other “old Europe”countries. If this scenario is implemented, the Old Europe becomes an American competitor, able to resist the Eastern European countries focused on the United States.;

2. Vulnerabilities of the German and European economies. In the event of an economic crisis in Germany, we can expect a flow of resources from the European economy to the US economy. The pace of European economic development depends entirely on Germany, which bears the main burden in the EU. The German economy is based on two pillars: access to unlimited cheap minerals from Russia and cheap electricity from France. The first factor is much more important. The suspension of Russian supplies will lead to the collapse of the German economy and, as a result, the EU economy. France's dependence on energy uranium supplies from Russia will lead to a reorientation to supplies from Australia and Canada. Which are now included in the AUCUS block. And this allows us to put additional pressure on supplies.

3️ Thanks to our actions, we stopped the implementation of Nord Stream 2. Germany can be completely cut off from Russian energy supplies by involving Germany in the military confrontation with the Russian Federation in Ukraine. Our actions [US actions-approx. BP] operations in Ukraine will undoubtedly lead to a Russian military invasion. The introduction of pre-prepared sanctions packages will cut off Germany's access to Russian raw materials. Ukraine allegedly handed over its "peace plan" agreed with the United States to Russia — through Erdogan.

The conditions of Ukraine are as follows:

1. Withdrawal of Russian troops from all territories occupied by them after 24.02.2022.

2. Legislative transfer of all gold and foreign exchange reserves and seized assets of the Russian Federation and Russians as of 1.09.2022. The law on reparations must be adopted by the State Duma, and the Federation Council and signed by the President.

3. Additional payment of reparations of 200 billion euros within 25 years in equal installments.

4. Free supplies of natural gas to Ukraine for five years from 01.01.2023.

Within 12 months, with the full implementation of all items, the international community will begin to partially lift the previously imposed sanctions.

Immediately after the initialing of the agreement, the disconnection of banks from SWIFT, the ban on the sale of Russian coal, oil, and LNG will be lifted, flights will be restored and deliveries of vital medicines and aircraft components will be established.

At the insistence of the head of the U.S. State Department Blinken, extreme points on "extradition" of the Russian leadership were removed from the "peace plan".

▪️Ukrainian command continues attempts to break into the Russian Armed Forces' defences in Mykolaiv-Kryvyi Rih direction to reach Kherson. The most intense fighting is taking place near AFU bridgehead near Andriivka and also near Ol'hyne on Vysokopillya side.

▪️Ukrainian sabotage and reconnaissance groups attempt to surreptitiously penetrate southward and reach the approaches to Berislav. Enemy groups also intend to penetrate into the rear of Russian units at Davydiv Brid.

▪️AFU continue to transfer equipment and personnel to the bridgehead near Andriivka, including S-300 anti-aircraft missile launchers. However, the Russian Aerospace Forces bombers do not stop strikes against the "gut".

▪️In other areas, Ukrainian formations also continue to probe for weaknesses in the Russian Armed Forces' defences. During the day, a company of 128th Separate Airborne Assault Brigade and a tank platoon of 17th Separate Tank Brigade attempted an offensive against Russian positions near Ol'hyne. But the Russian Airborne Troops unit supported by artillery repelled the attack.

▪️Another potential problem for AFU on the front line could be the impact of Russian Armed Forces missile strikes on hydraulic structures in Kryvyi Rih and Iskrovka on Ingulets River, through which the front line runs in many areas. Destruction and damage to the facilities may lead to rising water levels that will wash away established crossings.

🔻Despite unsuccessful attempts to advance towards Kherson, Ukrainian commanders attempt to exploit their large numerical advantage and continue their attacks without regard to casualties. One objective is to wear down Russian forces in the fighting and reach Berislav by encircling units on Kryvyi Rih section of the front.
