Prior to this, it was reported about explosions near the bus station in Luhansk. There is no official information yet, footage from the place of arrival is appearing on the Internet.

There were two arrivals in Lugansk near the bus station - Rodion Myroshnyk on his Telegram channel.
"The first explosion was "silent" (?), maybe the block fell, and the second one exploded."
It is possible that the target of the attack was the territory of the former aviation school of navigators (LVVAUSH).

The target of the missile(s) was probably the territory of the former aviation school of navigators (LVVAUSH), which was liquidated in the late 90s.
As eyewitnesses reported to Readovka, first the sound of an airplane was heard and after some time an explosion — a rumble and a loud bang. The missile landed in a dense urban development, where there are residential buildings. Presumably, the strike was delivered by Storm Shadow missiles. There has been no information about victims yet. Emergency services are on site.
