What's interesting is the "crime" they chose to highlight...that is the evacuation of Russian children from under Ukrainian shelling

Although I'm pretty sure this is just the opening salvo

I've argued for almost a decade that the West is using the "1990s Serbs" script against Russia and that parallels to the Yugoslav Wars are being ignored at own peril. I hope everyone who doubted me is real happy now.

The new line on Ukraine is that US essential interest is its ‘credibility.’ No backtracking for that reason. Also there is new domino theory. Not only would China take Taiwan if US backs off, but world economy would be destroyed.
