Even though for now, cybergraph hasn't attracted the attention of famous thinkers, and the market doesn't believe in it, I know that cybergraph is a fundamental computer science invention. The world needs it.

Project Xanadu, the original hypertext project, is often misunderstood as an attempt to create the World Wide Web.
It has always been much more ambitious, proposing an entire form of literature where links do not break as versions change; where documents may be closely compared side by side and closely annotated; where it is possible to see the origins of every quotation; and in which there is a valid copyright system-- a literary, legal and business arrangement-- for frictionless, non-negotiated quotation at any time and in any amount. 

In 1960, Theodor Nelson had outstanding ideas for revolutionizing work with information in his Xanadu project. However, even though his ideas were brilliant, the project ultimately failed.

Cybergraph allows for the implementation of a good portion of Nelson's ideas out of the box.

Hey everyone,

Bostrom Journal 2 is now live.

I believe the broader cybergraph concept is a fundamental primitive for working with knowledge in the modern era—something comparable to the invention of the book. Master and Cyborgshead are its creators, and I’m glad to have the opportunity to be among the first to explore its properties.

Because of the natural limitations of engineering culture, I wasn’t able to publish a cyberlink to the first project implemented in Cybergraph, although I don’t think that matters much.

So I’m publishing the current version instead, signed with a key I created while trusting the latest Apple device currently available to me.

Thanks to everyone—including Pavel Durov—for making it possible for me to share information with this degree of freedom while contributing to his data warehouse.

P.S. For Russian-speaking readers: the original version of Bostrom Journal 002 was written and generated in Russian. Feel free to examine it; it is included in the archive.

I hope to share my views on possible applications of the properties described at the end of 002 in the near future.
