On April 11, the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) released an updated tariff guideline. According to a memorandum signed by President Trump, the U.S. exempts 20 product categories under the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS) from "reciprocal tariffs," including products originating from China such as integrated circuits (HS 8542), smartphones (HS 8517.13.00), flat panel display modules (HS 8524), computers and components (HS 8471, 8473.30), and semiconductor manufacturing equipment (HS 8486). — link : Wu Blockchain News
