A U.S. judge has approved FTX's bankruptcy plan, two years after the crypto exchange collapsed following allegations of fraud and misconduct.
Bitcoin financial services company Fold has filed an S-4 filing with the U.S. SEC in preparation for its IPO. Fold currently holds more than 1,000 bitcoins in its vault. Founded in 2019, Fold allows users to earn bitcoin rewards through its debit card, similar to credit card cashback. The company currently has 574,000 accounts. — link : Wu Blockchain News
