Today, our investors received a total of EUR 57 856 in interest payments for investments in 16 loans. Please find more detailed information in the News section of your account.

In March, Crowdpear business clients repaid 8 loans to our investors, totaling EUR 578 122 (excluding interest).
 
Since Crowdpear's inception, investors have funded 260 loans worth over EUR 23.2 million. More than half of the funded loans, i.e., 159 loans worth over EUR 12.59 million, have already been repaid to our investors.
 
In March, Crowdpear started offering investments in real estate-backed loans in Romania to provide investors with greater investment diversification.
 
Currently, Crowdpear has over 7 960 verified investors.

Great news for those who invested in the projects "Gluosnių 9A II" (loan ID 106), "Gluosnių 9B II" (loan ID 45), "Gluosnių 9B III" (loan ID 56), "Gluosnių 9B IV" (loan ID 94), "Gluosnių 9C II" (loan ID 89) and "Nemėžio Gluosnių 11" (loan ID 117) – the entire loan has been successfully recovered with all accrued interest. The entire project (all properties pledged to the platform) has been sold before reaching the auction stage.

MB "Lavitesa" (projects "Gluosnių 9A", "Gluosnių 9B", "Gluosnių 9C") has repaid our investors a total of EUR 122 877 with accrued interest. MB "Gluosniu 11" has repaid our investors a total of EUR 72 574 with accrued interest. Investors have, on average, earned a 14.82% actual return on investment from these projects.
