Air casserole without flour and semolina 🥮

🍚Ingredients:

🔹Cottage cheese - 500 g
🔹Egg - 4 units
🔹Sugar - 7 tbsp.
🔹Sour cream (20%, with slides) - 2 tbsp.
🔹Starch (with slice) - 2 tbsp.
🔹Raisins (optional)

👩‍🍳Preparation:

🔪Beat cottage cheese, yolks, sugar, sour cream, starch.Beat the whites.
We mix curd mass with whipped whites.If desired we add raisins or other dried fruits.We spread in the form, covered with parchment paper.Bake at 180-200 degrees for 30-40 minutes

Zucchini cutlets with poached egg 🍛

🥚Ingredients:

🥄Peeled zucchini - 350g
🥄Buckwheat flour - 3 tbsp (if wheat flour, then 5 tbsp)
🥄Egg - 1 egg
🥄Garlic - 3 cloves
For stuffing:
🥄Red salted fish - 100-150 gr (salmon, trout, salmon, etc.)
🥄Ruccola (to taste)
🥄Cheese (to taste) 
🥄Salt

👩‍🍳Preparation:

🔪Zucchini peel off the skin and seeds. Grate on a coarse grater and squeeze through a sieve juice.To squeeze zucchini add egg, minced garlic, chopped dill, flour and salt. Stir until a homogeneous, fairly thick mass. You can use your hands to form "cutlets".

🍓Ingredients:

Bird's milk cake 🥮

🥚Ingredients:

🔹4 pcs. egg whites
🔹2 to 3 tbsp. cocoa
🔹2 tbsp. skim milk
🔹Lemon juice 2 tbsp.
🔹30g gelatin
🔹Honey

👩‍🍳Preparation:

🔪Whites whipped to a thick foam, add stevia, gently pour the juice of the lemon. Soak 20 grams gelatin in water for an hour, then heat and cool slightly, pour it very gently into the whites, beating all at the same time. Cook the cocoa and boil for about 5 minutes so that it slightly thickens. Pre-soak 10g of gelatin in water for an hour, then heat it up and pour it into the cocoa. 3. Pour part of the cocoa into a form, let it "take" a little in the fridge, then spread a layer of whites on it, put it into the fridge for 15 minutes, then warm up the rest of the cocoa a little and pour the last layer. We put it in the fridge for an hour and a half. Turn the finished dessert upside down before serving.

🍚Ingredients:

- Walnuts - 2 tablespoons.
- Raisins - 2 tablespoons
- Cocoa - 3 tbsp.
- Sugar - to taste

👩‍🍳Preparation:

Vegetable cream soup 🍲

🥬Ingredients:

♦️Garlic - 2 cloves
♦️Zucchini - 1 pc.
♦️Any other vegetables (zucchini, cabbage, etc.)

👩‍🍳Preparation:

✔️Cilantro or parsley
✔️Green onion

🫘Ingredients:

- Ryazhenka 4% 400g
- Gelatin 10 gr (instant)
- Brewed coffee 100 ml (instant coffee 1 tsp per 100 ml water is fine)
- Honey/syrup
- Vanillin on the tip of a knife - as desired

👩‍🍳Preparation:

🩸All ingredients should be at room temperature. Add gelatin to the prepared coffee and stir until dissolved. If the gelatin is usual (not quick-soluble), then dissolve and put on low heat until dissolved. Add ryazhenka and sweetener, stir with a whisk. Pour into the forms and put in the fridge until solidified.

🍄Ingredients:

🔹Chanterelles - 250 g
🔹Butter - 200 gr
🔹Fresh parsley
🔹Salt/ground pepper

Pizza on cottage cheese dough 🍕

🫒Ingredients:

-180 grams of cottage cheese 2%
-1 egg white
-25 grams of rice flour
-3 grams of baking powder

🍓Ingredients:

For the basket:
-90 g dates
-90g walnuts
-90g oatmeal flakes
Filling:
-200 g soft cottage cheese
-90g chocolate
-60g pecan paste

👩‍🍳Preparation:

🔹Roast nuts and oat flakes in a pan without oil until lightly golden. Chop nuts and oats in a blender. Add dates and mix again. The mass should form a plastic one. If it does not stick, then add water.The resulting mass of tamped in silicone molds.
Filling:
Melt chocolate with paste in a water bath. You can do it in the microwave. First, add a small amount of cottage cheese to the chocolate mixture and mix until homogeneous.
Pour the filling into the baskets and leave in the refrigerator until it hardens.

🧀Ingredients:

♦️Cauliflower - 300g
♦️Yogurt or sour cream - 100 gr
♦️Mustard in grains - 1 tsp
♦️Chopped onion - 1 / 2 pc
♦️Cheese - 50 gr
♦️Sweet paprika - 1 tsp.
♦️Salt - 1/2 tsp.
♦️Strachatella when serving (optional)

👩‍🍳Preparation:

🔹Cauliflower is washed, separated into florets, put in a deep bowl, pour water.Put in the microwave for 7 minutes at 800 watts (you can cover with a lid).With the finished cauliflower drain water.
