Zucchini lasagna 🥮

🍆Ingredients:

- Chicken fillet 300 g
- Zucchini 400g
- Carrots 1 pc
- Egg 1 pc
- Onion 1 pc
- Natural yogurt 4 tbsp.
- Nonfat cheese 100 g
- Tomato paste 1 tbsp.
- Salt, pepper to taste

👩‍🍳Preparation:

🩸Grind chicken fillet into minced meat. In a pan, fry with a little oil minced chicken, chopped onion, grated carrots, add a little water and stew for 10 minutes on low heat.Add the tomato paste and fry for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Apples in caramel 📍

🍏Ingredients:

-green apples 6 pcs.
-sugar 300g
-1 tbsp citric acid
-water 2 tbsp
-dye 1 gr

👩‍🍳Preparation:

🔹Wash the apples well and wipe them dry. Remove the stalks and insert the sticks. Place in the freezer for 20 minutes. In a saucepan, combine all the other ingredients and turn the heat down to low. Heat the caramel, stirring constantly. After boiling, cook for about 8 minutes, look to dissolve all the sugar and make the caramel homogeneous. Zucchini cutlets with poached egg 🍛

🥚Ingredients:

🥄Peeled zucchini - 350g
🥄Buckwheat flour - 3 tbsp (if wheat flour, then 5 tbsp)
🥄Egg - 1 egg
🥄Garlic - 3 cloves
For stuffing:
🥄Red salted fish - 100-150 gr (salmon, trout, salmon, etc.)
🥄Ruccola (to taste)
🥄Cheese (to taste) 
🥄Salt

👩‍🍳Preparation:

Bird's milk cake 🥮

🥚Ingredients:

🔹4 pcs. egg whites
🔹2 to 3 tbsp. cocoa
🔹2 tbsp. skim milk
🔹Lemon juice 2 tbsp.
🔹30g gelatin

👩‍🍳Preparation:

🔪Whites whipped to a thick foam, add stevia, gently pour the juice of the lemon. Soak 20 grams gelatin in water for an hour, then heat and cool slightly, pour it very gently into the whites, beating all at the same time. Cook the cocoa and boil for about 5 minutes so that it slightly thickens. Pre-soak 10g of gelatin in water for an hour, then heat it up and pour it into the cocoa. 3. Pour part of the cocoa into a form, let it "take" a little in the fridge, then spread a layer of whites on it, put it into the fridge for 15 minutes, then warm up the rest of the cocoa a little and pour the last layer. We put it in the fridge for an hour and a half. Turn the finished dessert upside down before serving.

🥬Ingredients:

♦️Garlic - 2 cloves
♦️Zucchini - 1 pc.

🫘Ingredients:

- Ryazhenka 4% 400g
- Gelatin 10 gr (instant)
- Brewed coffee 100 ml (instant coffee 1 tsp per 100 ml water is fine)
- Honey/syrup
- Vanillin on the tip of a knife - as desired

👩‍🍳Preparation:

🩸All ingredients should be at room temperature. Add gelatin to the prepared coffee and stir until dissolved. If the gelatin is usual (not quick-soluble), then dissolve and put on low heat until dissolved. Add ryazhenka and sweetener, stir with a whisk. Mushroom oil 🧈

🍄Ingredients:

🔹Chanterelles - 250 g
🔹Butter - 200 gr
🔹Fresh parsley
🔹Salt/ground pepper
