🩸Mash the cottage cheese with eggs with a fork, or beat it with a blender. Add milk, flour, salt and mix with a whisk. Grate the cheese on a grater, finely chop the dill, add to the dough and mix.Heat a frying pan (you can grease it lightly with oil) and place the tortillas. I fried for 2 minutes under a lid, then flipped them over and fried for another 1 minute.You can serve them with sour cream.

-dye 1 gr

🔹Wash the apples well and wipe them dry. Remove the stalks and insert the sticks. Place in the freezer for 20 minutes. In a saucepan, combine all the other ingredients and turn the heat down to low. Heat the caramel, stirring constantly. After boiling, cook for about 8 minutes, look to dissolve all the sugar and make the caramel homogeneous. Turn off the heat and wait for the caramel to stop bubbling.
Dip the apples into the caramel, wait until all the excess drains off and put it on a board wrapped in clingfilm.Act quickly, the caramel solidifies instantly.Cook for 30 minutes
