Vegetable tuna muffins 🥧
🐠Ingredients:
♦️Zucchini - 300 gr.
♦️Tomato - 1 pc
♦️Onion - 1/2 pc
♦️Dill - 30 gr
♦️Hard cheese - 100 gr
♦️Egg - 1 pc
♦️Milk - 50 ml
👩🍳Preparation:
🔹Dice the tomato and onion, finely chop the dill.On a coarse grater grate the zucchini and squeeze it from excess liquid.Mix the zucchini, tomato, onion, dill, add an egg to them.Drain the excess liquid from the tuna.Add the tuna to the vegetable mixture and mix well.Grate cheese on a coarse grater and add to the vegetable mixture.To vegetables we lay out flour and add milk, salt, pepper and mix well. Spread the mixture into muffin tins and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Sprinkle the muffins with cheese and bake for another 15-20 minutes until golden. Peking cabbage rolls 🫔
🥬Ingredients:
📍4 sheets of Peking cabbage.
📍60g cheese
📍1 tomato
📍2 eggs
📍2 tbsp flour
📍40 ml vegetable oil
📍salt, spices
👩🍳Preparation:
✔️Beat eggs with flour and salt and dip cabbage leaves in the batter. Fry them in a pan for literally 30 seconds at a time, put tomato and cheese slices on top. Roll up the leaves and put them in the oven for 10 minutes to melt the cheese.
