Cheese soup with broccoli 🫕
🥦Ingredients:
✔️Cheddar cheese
✔️Broccoli
✔️Cream (20%)
✔️Carrots
✔️Garlic
✔️Flour
✔️Oil (for frying)
✔️Dried oregano (parsley/dill is fine)
✔️Salt/pepper
👩🍳Preparation:
🔹Dice the onion, dice the carrots into small straws. Fry the onion in a pot, then add the carrots, salt and pepper and fry, stirring until almost cooked. Next - broccoli florets. Sprinkle in the flour and stir everything up. Add the vegetable broth or water and put the lid on the pot. After boiling, cook for 5 minutes.Pour in the cream and heat through without bringing it to the boil. Add the grated cheddar and simmer, stirring until melted, then sprinkle with paprika and dried herbs (oregano in my case). I recommend serving with croutons.

♦️Corn starch - 2 tsp.
♦️Almond petals/sugar powder (for decoration)
👩🍳Preparation:
🔪Roll out the dough into a layer.
Prepare the jam: mix raspberries/blueberries with sugar, add the starch and cook over low heat in a saucepan with a thick bottom for 3-4 minutes until the jam thickens. Let cool, or you can use ready-made jam.Smear a layer of jam over the pastry. Roll out the second layer of the same size. Cover the second layer with the first one and roll it with a rolling pin for the layers to stick together.Cut the workpiece into long strips, 2 centimeters wide. Twist each strip into a spiral. Then form a kind of snail.Sprinkle with almond petals or other nuts. Bake in a preheated 180 degrees oven for 15-20 minutes until crispy. When serving, you can decorate the buns with powdered sugar.

Turkey with sun-dried tomatoes in a delicate sauce 🥘
🍅Ingredients:
✔️Turkey 150-200 gr
✔️Cherry tomatoes 10-15 pcs.
✔️1 large zucchini
✔️Fried tomatoes 50g
✔️10 % cream 50 ml
✔️1 tbsp cottage cheese
✔️Greens
✔️Dried garlic
✔️Paprika
👩🍳Preparation:

🔪Cut the turkey and zucchini into small cubes, halve the cherry tomatoes (while roasting, the skin will come off the tomatoes and those who do not like it can easily remove it). Roast zucchini until golden (but so that they stay a little crispy inside).
We roast the turkey with the dried garlic, paprika and salt. Roast Cherry with dry garlic and salt, return zucchini, turkey, add sliced sun-dried tomatoes, cream, cheese and stir. Simmer all together over medium heat for another 7 to 10 minutes. Turn off the stove and sprinkle with greens.

For the cream:
🔹Mild cottage cheese 0% 130g

👩🍳Preparation:
🔪Separate the whites from the yolks. Whisk egg whites to stiff peaks with a pinch of salt. Gently fold in the egg whites. Pour the batter onto a baking tray (a silicone or teflon mat), bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes. Place the hot roll on a towel and roll up until it cools.
For the cream: Mix all the ingredients.
Unwrap the cooled cake, smear with the cream, roll back up and store in the refrigerator.

🔪Separate the whites from the yolks. Whisk egg whites to stiff peaks with a pinch of salt. Gently fold in the egg whites. Pour the batter onto a baking tray (a silicone or teflon mat), bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes. Place the hot roll on a towel and roll up until it cools.
For the cream: Mix all the ingredients.
Unwrap the cooled cake, smear with the cream, roll back up and store in the refrigerator.

- Beef tongue 360g (raw)
- Fresh cucumber 180 gr
- Red onion 40 gr
- Garlic 3g (1 clove)
- Chopped walnuts
Dressing:
- Sour cream or mayonnaise 60-80g
- Salt pepper to taste

🔹Champignons - 400 gr.
🔹Garlic - 2 cloves
🔹Chili pepper - 1 pc
🔹Coconut milk - 400 ml
🔹Spinach
🔹Cherry tomatoes - 10 pcs.
👩🍳Preparation:
🔪Finely chop the onion, garlic, chili peppers, and stir-fry over high heat in olive oil for a minute. Add mushrooms, coarsely chopped, add oil and fry on high heat. Then turn down the heat and evaporate the mushrooms for about 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.Add spinach - stew for a couple of minutes, add coconut milk - stir. Add chopped cherry tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes. Do not stir, or the small tomatoes will turn into a slurry.Turn off the fire - let stand for 10 minutes and serve with rice.
