🔹Sour cream (15%) - 200 gr
🔹Powdered sugar - 200 gr

🔹Coffee - 3 tsp (for 150 ml of boiling water)
👩🍳Preparation:
🔪Gently mix mascarpone with sour cream and powdered sugar. Whisk the strawberries with sugar to your taste, depending on how sweet they are.
Assembling: I have a 22 centimeter round mold. Pour a little strawberry syrup as the first layer, put half of the savoyardi cookies and fill with strawberries. Place half of the cream on top, smooth it out. Now quickly drench the remaining cookies on both sides in coffee and layer on top of the dessert. Fill with strawberries and add the rest of the cream as a final chord.Now put in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or better overnight, so that the bottom layer soaks in the strawberries.

After boiling, cook for 5 minutes.Pour in the cream and heat through without bringing it to the boil. Add the grated cheddar and simmer, stirring until melted, then sprinkle with paprika and dried herbs (oregano in my case). I recommend serving with croutons.

Prepare the jam: mix raspberries/blueberries with sugar, add the starch and cook over low heat in a saucepan with a thick bottom for 3-4 minutes until the jam thickens. Let cool, or you can use ready-made jam.Smear a layer of jam over the pastry. Roll out the second layer of the same size. Cover the second layer with the first one and roll it with a rolling pin for the layers to stick together.Cut the workpiece into long strips, 2 centimeters wide. Twist each strip into a spiral. Then form a kind of snail.Sprinkle with almond petals or other nuts. Bake in a preheated 180 degrees oven for 15-20 minutes until crispy. When serving, you can decorate the buns with powdered sugar.

✔️Cherry tomatoes 10-15 pcs.
✔️1 large zucchini
✔️Fried tomatoes 50g

🔪Pour the tomatoes into a pan and stew for a couple of minutes, boil them, then dice them. Add chopped fresh basil, minced garlic, salt, pepper to taste, dried basil and tomato paste. Stir well. Now put boiled spaghetti in the pan, stir. Put it on the plates and top with ricotta and the remaining basil leaves.

Asian salad with meat and cucumber 🥗
🫑Ingredients:
♦️Cucumbers 400-500g
♦️Pork meat 400g
♦️Soy sauce 3 tbsp
♦️Wine vinegar 2 tbsp
♦️Garlic 2 cloves
♦️Coriander 0,5 tbsp
♦️2 tablespoons olive oil
♦️Sweet chili pepper 1 tbsp
♦️Onion 1 pc
♦️Sweet pepper 1-2 pcs
♦️Ground black pepper
♦️Salt
♦️Oil for frying (olive oil)
👩🍳Preparation:
🔹Marinate the cucumbers with soy sauce, Wine vinegar, garlic, coriander and oil for 20-30 minutes. Roast the meat on high heat for 5 minutes, then add the onion, salt and pepper and roast for another 7-8 minutes. Then add bell peppers and fry for 5 minutes over medium heat. Mix the meat with the cucumbers, add the chili and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
