Spinach and asparagus garnish 🥗

🥬Ingredients:

♦️Spinach - 150g
♦️Asparagus - 150g
♦️Fresh herbs (optional)
♦️Garlic - 4 cloves
♦️Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
♦️Salt / pepper (to taste)

👩‍🍳Preparation:

🔹Bacon/ croutons

👩‍🍳Preparation:

🔪Peeled potatoes we put on the stove, zucchini we wash and cut into cubes, onion the same way, then we fry the onion in a pan, then we add zucchini to it, add spices, potatoes we salt.Once potatoes are boiled, add zucchini and let simmer for 5 minutes. For the dressing:

✔️Apple cider vinegar - 2 tsp.
✔️Olive oil - 3 tsp.
