✔️Baking powder - 1/3 tsp.
✔️Banana - 70 gr
✔️Strawberry - 100 gr
👩🍳Preparation:
🔪Melt the butter. Chop cereal in a blender with seeds and baking powder. Add banana and grind again. The resulting mass is mixed with butter.The dough is placed in a mold with a diameter of 10 centimeters. Form the base with a rim with wet hands. If you are not sure about the shape, it is better to lay it on parchment.Half of the strawberries slice. Place cranberries and sliced strawberries on the base.
For the filling: whisk the strawberries, banana, egg and starch in a blender. Pour on top of the strawberries and cranberries.Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.Allow the cake to cool completely before removing and slicing.
