🔹Garlic - 2 cloves
🔹Olive oil - 1/2 cup
🔹Lemon zest

👩‍🍳Preparation:

✔️Rosemary - a sprig
✔️Tomatoes - 2 pcs.

Apple pie 🥮

🍏 Ingredients:

- 300 gr flour
- 130 g of sugar
- 120 gr room temperature butter
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
For the filling:
- 3 medium apples
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 80g sugar
- Juice of half a lemon

👩‍🍳Preparation:

🩸First peel the apples and cut them into small cubes. Put them in a pan with the sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice. Sweat for 5 to 8 minutes. In a deep dish, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, egg, and diced butter. Sort of rub the dough between your fingers to make crumbs. Cover the baking dish with parchment paper, lay out half of the dough to cover the bottom and a little around the edges. Next, place the apple filling and then the rest of the dough, running it through your fingers to create a crumbly effect. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes. ⠀

🩸20 grams of cottage cheese
🩸half a bell bell pepper
🩸greens (lettuce, spinach,

🩸10 grams of olive oil
🩸2 slices of toasted bread

👩‍🍳Preparation:

Bruschetta with peaches and jamon 🥪

🍯 Ingredients:

♦️Peach/Pear - 5-8 pcs.
♦️Honey - 3 tbsp
♦️Long baguette - 1 pc
♦️Hamon / Prosciutto - 100 gr
For decoration:
♦️Pine nuts/Greek nuts - 10 gr
♦️Ruccola leaves - 10g
♦️Balsamic sauce (as desired)
♦️Dorbleu cheese (as desired)

👩‍🍳Preparation:

🔹We cut the peaches into 4 parts.Add the honey and marinate 10 minutes.Peaches we send to the red-hot grill and fry 2-3 minutes on each side. Remove from the heat and cool.Slice the baguette and brown it on the grill for 30-60 seconds. For the baguette to get crispy and soft inside, you need to cut the baguette into 1.5 inch slices. Spread each slice of bread with cheese, top with peach, jamon and garnish with arugula and nuts.

✔️2 tbsp starch
✔️100 ml water
✔️20g gelatin
✔️Sweetener to taste

👩‍🍳Preparation:

🔪Pour the gelatin with water and let it swell.Peel the apples, remove the core and grate on a coarse grater.Place the apples in a saucepan and add the sweetener.Bring to the boil on a high heat, then reduce the heat and stir to simmer for 30-40 minutes. Whip the hot apple puree with a blender or rub it through a sieve. Heat gelatin until all grains are dissolved. Pour it into apple puree and mix thoroughly. Mojito cheesecake without baking 🎂

🥑Ingredients:

For the base:
♦️Shortbread cookies - 150g
For the filling:
♦️Cottage cheese - 400 gr
♦️Sugar - 75 gr
♦️Avocado - 1 pc
♦️Gelatin - 10 gr
♦️Cold water - 40 ml
♦️Mint - 5-10 gr
♦️Lime - 1 pc

👩‍🍳Preparation:

For the base: grind cookies in a blender until crumbly. Add melted butter and mix well. Cover the cake tin with foil. Spread the mass in the form and spread it evenly on the bottom. We put the base in the fridge, while we prepare the stuffing. For the filling: soak the gelatin in cold water for 15 minutes. Then melt it in the microwave or on the stove. Mint is crushed in a blender, and lime zest grate. To the cottage cheese or cottage cheese add sugar, cream, avocado pulp, mint, lime zest and juice, melted gelatin and beat with a blender until smooth (if desired, you can add green dye). Spread the whole mass on the cookie base in a mould, smooth it out well and put it in the fridge for 4-8 hours (although it will harden in 2-3 hours).
