✔️sugar - 1 tbsp
✔️soy sauce - 1 tbsp

- 120 gr room temperature butter
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
For the filling:
- 3 medium apples
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 80g sugar
- Juice of half a lemon
