๐ฅChia seeds/linen (or nuts) - 40g

For the filling:

๐ชGrind oat flakes in a blender, add the egg and honey to them.Separate 1/4 of the dough and set it aside, most of it flatten into shape.
For the filling: chop pears randomly, add the starch, sweetener, cinnamon and vanilla sugar, mix everything well, lay it on the base. Add whole wheat flakes to the rest of the dough, mix and sprinkle the crumbs on top. Set in a preheated 180 degrees oven for 30-35 minutes
