๐นGrate broccoli on a coarse cheese grater.Transfer grated pieces to a bowl and season with ยผ tsp salt. Blend broccoli until smooth.Let broccoli stand for 20 minutes until salt draws out some of the moisture. Preheat the oven to 200ยฐC.Pour broccoli into a clean kitchen towel and turn to strain out as much liquid as possible.Put the grated broccoli back in a bowl and mix with the breadcrumbs, garlic, cheddar, garlic, the remaining ยผ teaspoon salt, pepper and egg, and stir.Make 15 balls of equal size and transfer to baking tray, lined with parchment. Bake for 20-24 minutes, turning each half.
