Apple pancakes with Greek yogurt and cinnamon ๐ฅฎ
๐ฅIngredients:โ โ
๐นGreek yogurt - 200 gr.
๐นEgg - 1 egg
๐นRice flour - 2-3 tbsp.
๐นBaking powder - 1/2 tsp.
๐นCinnamon - 1/2 tsp.
๐นSugar - 1 tbsp.
๐นApples
๐นLemon

๐ชMix Greek yogurt, egg, sugar, cinnamon, and rice flour (you can use wheat flour). Allow to stand for 10 minutes.
๐ชIn the meantime, peel and dice an apple, drizzle with lemon juice and transfer to the batter. A little lemon zest for flavor. Bake over medium heat. Bubbles appear - flip gently and bake a couple more minutes until done. Add honey and raspberries.
