Evelyn was but a mere kit of a litter that had been swept up by nasty rapids that led her to a secluded farm. An older fellow who ran the farm stumbled on the poor unconscious kit by a riverside and helped nurse her back to health. As she got older so did he and the time came for his passing, leaving her with the knowledge he passed onto her about his farm so she has a place to thrive in his absence.
