በፌደራልና አዲስ አበባ ከተማ የግዥ መመሪያዎች ላይ ለመንገድና ህንፃ ፕሮጀክቶች የግንባታ ስራ የሚወዳደረው የአገር ውስጥ ስራ ተቋራጭ በሚሆንበት ጊዜ፣ ሊሰራ ከታሰበው ስራ በአንድ ደረጃ ዝቅ ያለ ልምድ ተቀባይነት ይኖረዋል። ለምሳሌ፡
🟢 በአዲስ የጠጠር መንገድ ግንባታ ስራ ወይም በመንገድ ደረጃዎች ማሻሻያ ፕሮጀክቶች የተገኘ የመንገድ ግንባታ ስራ ልምድ ከአስፋልት ኮንክሪት (Asphalt Concrete) በስተቀር ለአስፋልት የማልበስ ስራ (for asphalt surfacing) ለመወዳደር
🟡 ማንኛውም የአስፋልት ስራ (DBST/TST/AC) ወይም እንደ አየር መንገድ ያሉ ሌሎች ተመሳሳይ የመንገድ ግንባታ ስራዎች ላይ የተገኘ ልምድ ለአስፋልት ኮንክሪት (Asphalt Concrete) ፕሮጀክቶች
🔵 ለህንፃ ግንባታ ሥራ የሚጠየቀው ዝቅተኛ መስፈርት ሊሰራ ከታሰበው የህንፃ ስራ በአንድ ደረጃ ዝቅ ያለ መሆን አለበት( ለምሳሌ በአነስተኛ ህንፃ (<G+5) ስራ ልምድ ያለው የአገር ውስጥ ስራ ተቋራጭ ለመካከለኛ (G+5 to15) ህንፃ ግንባታ ስራ ተቀባይነት ይኖረዋል።

Key Note: ጨረታውን ያወጣው ተቋምም ሆነ ተወዳዳሪ የስራ ልምድ መስፈርቱ በዚህ መልኩ ካልተቀመጠ ማስተካከል ወይም እንዲስተካከል ማስደረግ ይገባል።

የውጪ ቀለም በውድ ዋጋ ገዝቼ ሞያተኛ ሥራውን ቢያበላሽብኝስ የሚል ስጋት ብዙ ጊዜ ከባለቤት ይነሳል ፡፡

👉1. የምታሰሩትን ሞያተኛ በጥንቃቄ ምረጡ ፡
⭕️ልምድ ያለው መሆኑን የሰራቸውን ሥራዎች በማየት አረጋግጡ
⭕️ስነምግባር ያለው መሆኑን እርግጠኛ ሁኑ
⭕️የራሱን ብቻ ሳይሆን የእናንተንም ሃሳብ የሚቀበል መሆኑን ያረጋግጡ
👉2. Sample/ናሙና እንዲሰራላችሁ አድርጉ
⭕️ሙሉ ለሙሉ ወደሥራ ክመግባቱ በፊት ሳምፕል በትንሽ ቦታ/ግድግዳ ላይ ሙሉ ሄደቱን ሰርቶ የመጨረሻ ገጽታው ምን እንደሚመስል ለናንተ ማሳየት ይኖርበታል። ካልተመቻቹ እንዲቀይር ካልቻለ ደግሞ ሌላ ሙያተኛ ማምጣት ይኖርባችኋል።
👉3. ሥራውን የሚከታተልላችሁ ባለሙያ ያስፈልጋችኋል።
⭕️የሚሰራውን ሥራ እናንተ መከታተል ካልቻላችሁ ስለቀለም እውቀት ያለው ባለሙያ/ መሃንዲስ መድባችሁ እያንዳንዳንዱን ሂደት እንዲከታተልላችሁ ማድረግ ይኖርባችኋል።

Handle Blocks Right – Build Strong Walls!

🟠Proper block laying is key to the strength, alignment, and durability of any masonry wall.

✅ Start with a solid and level foundation
✅ Soak the blocks briefly before laying (if dry) to prevent moisture loss from the mortar
✅ Use the right mortar mix (commonly 1:4 or 1:5 cement to sand ratio)
✅ Always maintain straight lines with a mason’s line
✅ Stagger joints (like a brick pattern) for better bonding
✅ Check plumb and level after every 2–3 courses

⭕️How I prepare a price/cost for a project?⭕️

When I start pricing a project, I follow a simple principles so nothing slips through: Here we goo

👉1. Understand the design
I go through the drawings and specs first. If I don’t understand the work, the numbers won’t make sense.

👉2. Break the project into work items
Concrete, masonry, plaster, tiles, paint, etc. I list everything clearly so the BOQ flows in a logical order. You can use sample BoQ

👉3. Take off quantities
I measure all items from the drawings. Accuracy here saves headaches later.

👉 4. Apply unit rates
I build rates based on:
🔸 Material price
🔸 Labor cost
🔸 Equipment/transport if needed
🔸Small overhead allowance

👉I also compare with past projects or market rates to make sure the pricing is reasonable.

6. Add contingency
🔶Construction always has surprises. A small buffer keeps your estimate realistic.
