📢 Commoditex V2: Full Contract Redeployment
After 85+ live on-chain transactions stress-testing V1 across spot trading, perp positions, and the AI interface, we've completed a full redeployment to V2 on Robinhood Chain (Chain ID 4663).
V2 is cleaner, more battle-tested, and ships with renounced contracts where it matters most.
🔒 Renounced Contracts
The following contracts have had ownership burned to 0x000...dEaD no admin, no upgrades, no rug:
1. SpotRouter 0xc4dbb8d7c9472222daa21b21e0b39eca181c8e02
2. PerpNFT 0xfa165bac2787f992b2a634fa55556f907dc95eaf
3. All 44 cToken contracts, no owner() function at all; fully immutable ERC-20s.
⚙️ Not Renounced (By Design)
Two contracts remain under a keeper wallet for protocol functionality:
1. PerpRouter 0x876aeeb7d3bc01576df6b4b367e2e864bcc3f981 requires keeper signatures to open/close perp positions; removing ownership would brick position settlement.
2. AssetFactory 0x2e4515e8ab443401f268c50c999e3be7c2eaf658 required to deploy new cToken assets as the asset list expands.
These are operational necessities, not admin backdoors. Neither contract can move user funds.
