As most of our community knows, CoinPulse is a community-based Exchange. This means that we have not raised any money from any members for this project through an ICO. The CoinPulse project is run by members from the community who came together to create an exchange which provides excellent 24x7 customer service along with other prominent features not provided by the other exchanges.
All of the CPEX tokens are planned to be distributed for free, either through signup bonus, swap, contest, and other promotions.

Terms & Conditions:
1. Listing fee only 1 BTC for ERC20 tokens during the month of September 2018. This is a discounted fee as a part of this promotion. Developers who have already applied are not eligible for this discounted fee.
2.
