We have decided to extend withdrawals until February 10, 2019. Those who do not withdraw by February 10, 2019 will lose access to these funds for indefinite time. The exchange will go in maintenance for an indefinite time and no support will be available to address any concern after February 10, 2019.
Important: If you have a withdraw that has been pending for more than 24 hours, please repeat the process of confirmation described below.
• Open your browser and login to your account on CoinPulse.io.
• Find the email that was sent to you from CoinPulse to confirm the withdraw.
• Click on the green button "confirm".
• This opens a separate tab in the same browser you are logged in on CoinPulse.
• Green notification stating that the withdraw is confirmed will pop up on top of the screen.
Please note: You cannot confirm the withdraw using different devices or browsers.
