Hello Everyone,

We have disabled showing APL addresses to users who are not getting a public key in return from the API calls made to the Apollo wallet. As a result of this, no users without a public key can see their APL address. Hence, they are unable to make any new deposit. We are currently working on getting new addresses for them. Users who have deposited already, and don’t have a public key on the deposit page, will not be able to see their APL balance in their account. Please rest assured, we are speaking with the Apollo team regarding any affected users.

CoinPulse system makes 5 attempts to fetch both the address and the public key for each user. If within 5 attempts, the public key is not provided from the Apollo wallet, then only these users will be affected by this issue where they will not be able to see their APL address due to not having received their public key from the APL wallet.

Please note that Apollo's block explorer is still under development, and currently CoinPulse can only use API access.

CoinPulse will not allow its users to suffer in any circumstances. We have already taken a snapshot of users who deposited in spite of not having a public key. For those who already deposited without a public key, please don't panic if you don't see your APL balance, as both the CoinPulse and Apollo teams are currently working to resolve this issue.

Important Update:

As per our discussion with Apollo team, they will compensate users for the loss incurred due to non availability of Public Key. We will fund those users' accounts once we receive coins from the Apollo Team.

As per our earlier announcement, now address will not be visible if Public Key is not fetched by the API. Hence, we will not face this issue again.

However, if you don't see Address and Public Key on deposit page of Apollo then kindly reload the page for API to make further attempts to bring you your address and Public Key.

Good news! We are adding more resources!!

We are excited to share that number of users registered at CoinPulse have grown exponentially over the last two days. We saw huge spike in registrations since the launch of Apollo currency for trading.

This has lead to unexpectedly high volume of users accessing their accounts or creating new accounts within a short span of time.

We are adding new servers to ease the load on the existing servers. Within a week, our website will be as fast as it was before. Adding additional servers will not interrupt our current services.

If you see any glitch/slowness either refresh the page or logout and log back in or wait for few hours. We see too much traffic from few specific countries. So if you wait for few hours, the traffic could be normal and the speed will be fast.

APL Withdrawals Suspended

Couple of users noted some issues in APL balance withdrawals, so we are suspending withdrawals for few hours. We will activate APL withdrawals as soon as their issues are investigated and resolved.

Since Apollo is a new currency, we want make sure everyone’s funds are safe and this is a necessary step to take.

How long does it take for a Withdrawal?

Usually there is no wait time once you confirm your withdrawal. However, please allow up to one hour for us to process your withdrawal.


Withdrawal Checklist:

1. Make sure you double check and enter the correct wallet address before sending any coins or tokens from your CoinPulse account. This also goes for deposits.

2. Once you submit a withdrawal request from your CoinPulse account, you will then receive an email that will give you the option to confirm or cancel that withdrawal. You must click on "Confirm" for the withdrawal to successfully go through.

3. It will then open a confirmation link in your default browser. You need to make sure that you are logged in to your CoinPulse account in your default browser.


Withdrawals will not be successful if:

• If you do not confirm your email.

• if you confirmed email but are not logged into your CoinPulse account

• If you confirm email from another browser different from the one that you are logged into.

Please stay alert and safe. There are no charges for any customer services we provide. So please stay alert and do not get scammed. If you have any questions about any admin, you can immediately post their profile in our telegram chat @CoinPulseEx and have it confirmed it’s authenticity by another admin.

In any telegram chat, official admins have system generated word ‘admin’ next to their name (not the part of the name chosen by the user), so its easy to identify if s/he is an admin or not.

Update about the distribution of signup bonus

We have received many messages from users excited about the distribution of their signup bonus/telegram referral. User want to know when they will get their free CPEX tokens. So rest assured that if you have completed the google form and done your trade then you are on the list.

Distribution of signup bonus will happen at the earliest of the completion of the signup bonus program or Sept 30, 2018.

We are not yet done with the signup bonus program. Our program will end when we run out of our 20 Million CPEX reserved for it.

The only thing that changed after the launch of our exchange is that we ended the telegram referral bot and started a new rewards program that is better than telegram referral bot, for which you can get your referral link from the Rewards Page on CoinPulse.io

We will make distribution at one go to those who are qualified.

Requirements to be qualified for signup/referral bonus:

We see some of the users haven’t followed the basic requirement to be qualified, so if you are one of them, then read the following very carefully:

Google Form
Fill in the Google form located on the home page at https://CoinPulse.io This form has been posted there since April 1, 2018, but seems some people missed it.

The google form lists out all requirements to qualify for signup bonus/telegram referral.

The prominent among them which some of the users not paid attention to is the requirement to complete at least one trade on CoinPulse Exchange. For this trade:

* You have time until September 30, 2018 to complete.

* There will be no minimum requirements. It can be as low as you like.

* If you have EBCH to swap, you can use the cpex from the swaped tokens to execute this. Remember swap isn’t a trade.

This is a required step to prevent scammers from creating multiple accounts or using bots for scamming the system.

KYC/Verification:
KYC is not required for the signup or telegram bonus . KYC is required only if you are planning to withdraw more than 2 BTC a day or you want to use our new 30% commission referral program posted on the Rewards page at CoinPulse.io.

CoinPulse Status Update

We have been up and running for 3 weeks now. The first week or so we needed to work out a few kinks in the system. No matter the amount of prior testing, it seems there are always a few issues that only make themselves known once you are live. Our devs worked tirelessly to quickly remedy these minor issues as they arose, and we have now been running smoothly for the past couple weeks.

Our next phase will involve bringing in new listings and building up the trading volume on the exchange. We did not want to introduce too many new assets initially, as we needed to make sure all of our systems were functioning properly and running smoothly before we introduced more activity into the system.

As soon as we have dates on specific tokens and coins we will be announcing them in our CoinPulse Announcement channel.

We appreciate all of your support and valuable feedback. You have spoken, and we have listened. As always, we will continue to welcome your feedback and suggestions. Together as a community, we will make CoinPulse the best exchange ever.
