We are disabling trading to work on order placement issue noted by couple of users. We will be back as soon as we fix it and enable EBCH deposits. We want to get rid of all issues before we go live again. This can take few hours to more than a day. Please note that actual currencies and exchange’s frontend has nothing to do with each other while we work on this issue, so your funds are safe and under control.

To keep you safe we will also cancel all orders.

We did not launch Beta version earlier, but internal testing was done rigorously. It is always possible that we miss few minor fixes.

As per our earlier announcement - we had decided to give 1,000 CPEX tokens to users who successfully deposited funds from July 3 and until we suspended EBCH deposits on July 4. Tokens will be distributed to those users by July 10 11:59 PM UTC.

Dear Users,

Trading tip for users facing problems understanding BUY/SELL functionality (which actually is common in all exchanges - but little different for us maybe because Amount is above Price??)


We have two options: Amount and Price in BUY/SELL window.

If you are trading in CPEX/BTC Trading pair, and if you click on BUY option then you are buying CPEX for BTC. If you select SELL then you are selling CPEX to get BTC in return.


See below example:

Buying CPEX in CPEX/BTC Pair:

Click on Buy option

Amount: Enter quantity of CPEX you want to buy.

Price: BTC price you are willing to buy each CPEX at.

Amount x Price = CPEX you will receive, if your order is executed in its entirety. If executed partially, you will receive partial amount of your order in CPEX, based on % filled (which can be checked in your active orders under the chart).

Deposits on addresses not showing Public Key will not go through.

Hello Everyone,

We have disabled showing APL addresses to users who are not getting a public key in return from the API calls made to the Apollo wallet. As a result of this, no users without a public key can see their APL address. Hence, they are unable to make any new deposit. We are currently working on getting new addresses for them. Users who have deposited already, and don’t have a public key on the deposit page, will not be able to see their APL balance in their account. Please rest assured, we are speaking with the Apollo team regarding any affected users.

CoinPulse system makes 5 attempts to fetch both the address and the public key for each user. If within 5 attempts, the public key is not provided from the Apollo wallet, then only these users will be affected by this issue where they will not be able to see their APL address due to not having received their public key from the APL wallet.

Please note that Apollo's block explorer is still under development, and currently CoinPulse can only use API access.

CoinPulse will not allow its users to suffer in any circumstances. We have already taken a snapshot of users who deposited in spite of not having a public key. For those who already deposited without a public key, please don't panic if you don't see your APL balance, as both the CoinPulse and Apollo teams are currently working to resolve this issue.

Important Update:

As per our discussion with Apollo team, they will compensate users for the loss incurred due to non availability of Public Key. We will fund those users' accounts once we receive coins from the Apollo Team.

As per our earlier announcement, now address will not be visible if Public Key is not fetched by the API. Hence, we will not face this issue again.

However, if you don't see Address and Public Key on deposit page of Apollo then kindly reload the page for API to make further attempts to bring you your address and Public Key.
