As we come closer to the launch day (“CoinPulse Day”), here is a note of precaution for all of our users eagerly waiting to trade.

As you know this is a brand new exchange and you might not find enough orders from day 1. You might see huge buy walls or sell walls but little or nothing on other side for first couple of days.

Surely such situation has thrown some opportunities time and time again where you could buy some coins at dirt cheap prices or sell at high prices, but we recommend users to be extra careful in placing market orders. Market orders will execute at whatever price the orders are available in the CoinPulse market and that might not be the prevailing market prices on other exchanges. So we recommend to go with limit orders as long as you can. We have set ‘limit orders’ as default orders in our Basic view of exchange.

FCoin’s unthoughtful listing rules based on number of deposits has clogged Ethereum network as many token developers creating fake txn to be in top 20 for free listing, resulting in high miner’s fees to be paid to transfer tokens.

We have suspended all deposits till the time we resolve above issue. We are not taking website down as lot of users would want to go through the exchange website.

Thanks everyone for your patience and support. Developers worked overnight to add other markets which were not available yesterday and we had to shut all deposits this morning to ensure safety of your funds.

Our first day with limited markets open was good. In spite of limited markets available, several users deposited funds on the first day of exchange. However they were not able to do successful trades as some order types were not made available and there were no enough orders for other order types. The team has decided to give 1000 CPEX free to all users who made successful deposits from the time of launch on July 3rd until we suspended deposits on July 4th.

We are highly encrypted exchange with multi-sig wallets, and tons of other security features for safety of your funds. So rest assured, if you sent deposits, they will be reflected in your accounts once all required confirmations are received.

We have several unique trading features including trailing stop loss. All order types available on the exchange are explained in FAQ, so don’t forget to read them.

Note: As for all airdrop related questions, please read google form on CoinPulse.io homepage carefully. You will not see CPEX in your wallet until you transfer deposit to your wallet and do at least one trade. So please don’t ask questions until you have not completed all steps.
