BingPicApi：利用 Github Action 自动爬取 Bing 每日一图

支持直接调用图片和 json，需要修改的地方是日期，例：20200312

👉 自行部署：

新建一个 Repo，点击 Actions 找到 Secrets 选项，填入 Token（Github 私人令牌），Clone 该项目并 Push 到这个新建的 Repo 即可

该项目会每天通过 Github Action 自动运行脚本获取 Bing 的每日一图并保存在项目文件夹。最后使用 jsDelivr 这个 CDN 直接获取图片

😋 项目的实用性并不是很大，但可以帮助 Github 新手用户熟悉基本的 Git 操作，初识 Github Action
