btw i saw talks about tps "skin" and i wanted to put it out there that its not a skin to begin with, its an entirely new character of the crossbow weapon type but obviously thats just there so they dont have to add an entire class of weapons to be used by one character only and also because of the way mihoyo designed the TPS Traveler theyre pretty much useless outside the gamemode itself and unusable as well that is why its locked to the gamemode, it is also important to note that hoyo could very well change that at any time but maybe thats just me coping idk

it is also possible for them to make other characters playable in that gamemode in the future but for now they kinda cant as the entire gameplay loop relies on you using TPS Traveler and if they keep using the same system they use rn they have to add a tps copy of every character, not very practical
