Previously, Jelena mentioned an empty excel file named "ChapterChange".

In v3 this file was updated to contain this which includes the TextMap hash for "็ฉบๆไนๆญ ็ฌฌๅๅน" (Song of the Welkin Moon Act X) and "่็ฉบๅซ็ฐๅพไธไนฆ" (Truth Amongst the Pages of Purana). So it seems Act X is Purana.
This excel seems to imply that Act 10 will have a different name at the start of the quest but will have its name changed once you reach a certain point in the quest.
In v4 both were removed probably because they weren't supposed to be in beta and not an indicator of it being wrong.
