Think about it, we know Teyvat is going trough something similiar to Amphoreous, and its implied Kahnriah will be our final stop in Teyvat. The Kahnriah chapter is called "The Dream Yet to be Dreamed" and the speech he does is very much describes how the Chrysos Heirs felt about Amphoreous.
