We've noticed a theory circulating about how Il Dottore lost his NPC name above his head, which supposedly means his possible playability is set in stone.

Just to be clear and neutral on the matter: this is by no means uncommon. His disableShowName was set to True in 6.3, and there are plenty of other similar cases such as 1 of the 6 Rana NPCs, Roland and La Signora. I understand the hype and hope surrounding a character, but headcanons and misinfo shouldn't be taken for granted because it would create false hope that would later be shattered, just like the "Avatar Model" belief, which is now used for humanoid NPCs as well.

Razor language: never take anything at face value unless the sky is blue. We don’t know their plans, and given how things have changed, it could happen again (or perhaps it already has).
