Made from fabrics offered by the Frostmoon Scions and threaded with a few strands of gentle moonlight. The bewildered Frostmoon Scions, unable to make sense of any of this, naturally assumed the new attire to be yet another miracle from Kuutar. No wonder that, ever since then, Columbina would occasionally hear wishes like, "Lady Kuutar, please grant me the same nimble craftsmanship as yours."

Zibai's outfit style. The garments are made of silk and hemp. It is said that thousands of years ago, the ancient nation of Langxuan possessed exquisite weaving techniques brought down to the mortal world by Zibai, a messenger from the high heavens. Ages passed, that old kingdom and its long history faded away, scattered by time until they became as elusive as the moon's reflection on water. Yet their craft somehow endured. Even now, it still lives on in every pulley and wooden frame of the spinning wheels in Liyue Harbor.

Illuga's outfit style. Designed with his duties in mind, this uniform was custom-made for him. Though it is technically meant for work, Illuga has so many responsibilities that he rarely gets the chance to change clothes. In practice, this uniform might as well be considered his everyday wear.
