Wait Time: Because requests are being handled in order, it may take a little longer than usual for your email to arrive in your inbox.

Thank you for your patience.

🎟 WSOP LIVE Ticket Redemption Update

WSOP Event #16: $1,700 No-Limit Hold’em U.S. WSOP Circuit Championship has been added to the Live Event tab.

Eligible players can now redeem their ticket directly in-app:

Membership Zone → Live Event → Redeem to WSOP LIVE Ticket

📍 Venue: Horseshoe / Paris Las Vegas
🗓 Start Date: June 2, 12:00

Please make sure to review the event details in-app before completing redemption.

⚙ UBO Tip: Mystery Bounty Details

Union Back Office (UBO) allows union management to review detailed Mystery Bounty results.

After a Mystery Bounty tournament ends, go to the Tournament Information page in UBO and check the Mystery Bounty Detail section.

There, you can review:

✅ Which player collected each Mystery Bounty
✅ The bounty prize amount
✅ Hand history, when available

This is useful when players ask how many Mystery Bounties were collected or who received specific bounty prizes.

For Unions using UBO, this feature can help management review tournament results more clearly and respond to player inquiries more efficiently.

Club and union operators can adjust how chip rake contribution is distributed between players.
