How to create this cloth Animation
Any ideas on how to recreate this in c4d? I'm guessing spline wrap for a lot of it but getting it resolve into those shapes has me a little stumped.

How can I melt a model that already has simulation applied in C4D?
Hi, I'm currently working on a school project in Cinema 4D. I've already applied some simulation to a model (as shown in the screenshot), but now I want the entire object to melt or dissolve as if it's made of wax or something similar. I'm not sure how to combine that with the existing simulation. Is there a way to do this? Any advice or guidance would be really appreciated!

C4D Laptop Recommendations
I'm joining a new company and have been given a 2k USD budget to buy my own tech (I'm willing chip in and go up to 4k). I will work primarily with AfterEffects, but will use some C4D/RS occasionally. I'm a 3D artist and wish to use C4D for my personal projects as well.
I already have my primary PC workstation which is pretty powerful and will be what I use for most of the work, so I'm thinking of spending this budget on a laptop which enables me to do some remote work ocasionally. My immeadiate go to option would be a Macbook pro, as I have never had laptops other than mac, and love its usability and general look. But I'm quite outdated on laptops options, so wanted to ask:
1. How reliable are Macs nowadays for 3D work? Considering Redshift's lack of compatibility, should this alone be a red flag to using C4D with a Mac?
2. Within this budget, do you suggest other laptop models and brands that look and feel as slick as a Mac? I'm sure there are option much more powerful than a Mac and for the same price.
Chat GPT offered me the list below. Any opinions?
1. Apple MacBook Pro 16" M3 Max
2. ASUS ROG Strix SCAR 16 / 18 (2024)
3. Lenovo Legion 9i (2024)
4. Razer Blade 16 (2024)
5. ASUS ProArt Studiobook OLED 16 (2024)

How to switch between camera views without going back to the axis origin?
Instead of using the toggle active view i prefer to quickly hit a shortcut and change the entire view from perspetive to front/top... But everytime i do that the new view brings me to the origin of the scene even though i am modeling in another area for example. How can i keep the focus on the selected object i am working on? Thank you
