Samu Omorodion's move to Chelsea is currently off following late complications.

An announcement on the Conor Gallagher deal was delayed to allow Omorodion's transfer to be finalised. But Gallagher deal remains on as it stands. And Julian Alvarez will fly as planned.

All parties now urgently working on a solution. One option is Joao Felix returning to Chelsea, as Fabrizio Romano called. Atleti need an outgoing to finance Alvarez. Jorge Mendes is in London, having travelled for the Pedro Neto announcement.
