Graham Potter:
"Itβs a big game at Newcastle, 5.30 on the TV, itβll be a fantastic atmosphere. Theyβre doing really well, so itβll be a tough game, but we have to try and go there and get the three points."

Lewis Hall:
"Disappointing to lose and be knocked out of the competition so early. But personally, itβs what you dream of as a kid playing in the biggest games. Playing against a top team like City at the Etihad is something that you dream of, so really happy."
"Yeah, definitely [felt the step up]. The way they moved the ball aroundβ¦ one of the best teams in the world to do it, so itβs very tough and physically demanding against a team like City. We still had chances where we couldβve potentially got ourselves back into the game or got ourselves ahead. We can take positives from the game."

"If Iβm honest, I prefer playing in the middle of the pitch, I feel thatβs where I can be most effective, whether thatβs as a pivot or as an eight. But I have played left side a lot, wing-back or centre-half. I like to have versatility, so when the manager picks a team, thereβs different positions you can be selected for."
Lewis Hall on objectives for season:
"Taking it one step at a time because at the start of the season I was playing regularly in PL2, and I was really happy with how I was doing, and as a team we are really building and getting somewhere with it. But with opportunities like this where itβs something thatβs not quite expected, but itβs happened all so quickly, you just have to take it one week at a time and one game to the next."

Lewis Hall on pathways for academy players:
"Definitely, especially when you look at those players like Reece, Mason and Trev. Itβs a big inspiration to all young players who are potentially training with the first team and getting experiences like I did. Everyone realises that itβs possible. With John Terry, heβs in and around the academy coaching and heβs really good with all of the younger players. Heβs a top inspiration, inspirational guy."

The Zero Men
The only thing that will hinder Potter is trying to be a good guy. some men in this team are extreme quitters and choose betrayal that even Judas himself will be ashamed. brothers who saints like Lampard and Tuchel saw their teeth.
Believing themselves to be superstars already, and with bloated egos, they have perfected the art of neither learning nor improving. They smile at new coaches like how evil men here smile at a new girl in town but discard her immediately after the moment of passion in the village bushes. with their one cent sense of ego they both chicken out and betray when their knowledge comes to roost .
Yesterday, a bunch of zero men Played their hearts out for both the badge and their position besides the normal guys. what made Potter at Brighton is picking on no ones and turning them to something and everything they are now. Same story at Osturnds. He should take our and advice and create his own players and his own team if he wants to be here for a longer haul than the rest that preceded him
Moments like yesterday where we die with dignity could help his course. Dying like a coward, morbid dog with tails between our legs like in the Arsenal game can only enhance impatient panic attack with the Chelsea fanbase and hasten him through the doors. Chelsea fans have been raised like undisciplined children and always demand what they have not worked for through shortcuts. Its time for Chelsea fans to take a year or two trophy sabbatical and allow the guy to remodel the team.
Todd's passion, commitment and desire for success cannot be questioned what is now required is Todd's patience with the "process, ruthlessness with players and ability to take losses in the chin by discarding some of the guys at throw away Prices and Bosman. And this should start with not falling victim to double salary blackmail from a certain 30year old nor fear of seeing another 31year old, injury prone, highly paid king in PSG colors

In 90 minutes of football, Pulisic and Ziyech created 3 big chances against Man City. Our starting attacking midfielders (#19 and #29) have created 4 this season in total. It goes to show how badly we lack creative attackers in this team and why we need to address this in January
