If I were Chelsea owners, I would let the Sporting Directors and the coach go in the summer. The Sporting Directors have cost us a lot of money with some of the decisions they have made and lack the mentality required to run a big club. As for Liam, this job is simply too big for his level.

We've got a bigger problem brother... This team needs an Overhaul again , from the SD'S, to the manager and players.

Hansi Flick is being given a huge say alongside Deco on the players they want. Luis Enrique has the same influence, and in Arne Slot’s first summer, Liverpool F.C. spent £480m. But Chelsea F.C.? They couldn’t even give Enzo Maresca a proper CB in the January window, then spent the summer buying kids for him after winning two trophies.
I’m tired… who exactly are these owners and SDs? 😩

Neto at 26 years has no chemistry with any player on the pitch, he’s just brainless with 0 iq, every counter we get is destroyed by him. He’s genuinely the worst winger in the history of footballers, He’s a big and main issue of our woes. He’s awful, dangerous to the team. He’s very useless.

There is still a chance to re- hire Maresca... lower your ego, sack the SD'S and give him the platform and power.

Maresca’s game had become stale, monotonous, and predictable—but we still had structure and tactics, so the solution should have been straightforward. We just needed to bring in the line-breaking dribblers he wanted and see how it worked.

When these SD's were brought in at the sunrise of the ClearLake era, I said they had a weak small club mentality—and people jumped on my back. Now it's clear.

Maresca’s system had become unsustainable and outdated, but so had Pep Guardiola’s at different points—yet he was always given new tools to adapt. He even ditched his preferred ball-playing goalkeeper for stability.

Maresca asked for Simons and a ball-playing CB to fix the tactical gaps. Instead, the SDs—driven by ego and poor judgment—went for Garnacho and Gittens, even when many of us warned against it.

For this so-called project to get back on track, the SDs’ childishness must be addressed properly.

We will however be stuck is this vicious cycle of gambling and it wont matter whether Klopp or Pep will be incharge.

People should take their childish emotions and stupid egos to their wives and girlfriends—not our club.

The main issue still hasn’t been solved. Sacking Rosenior is only the first step. The next step is removing the person who made Maresca walk away and somehow believed Rosenior was the better option.
You can’t gamble with a huge historic club like this.

The SDs should follow suit, and Eghbali needs to step back the same way Boehly did. Let people with real football experience make those decisions alongside the manager, otherwise we’ll stay trapped in this same cycle forever.
