People really never understand the importance of high IQ Central midfielders in a dynamic modern team.

We've been made to believe people who run like rabbits are the most talented and important. Like our guy.

A dynamic unpredictable team should have a combination of specialized men of steel and artists.

Close dribblers to forcefully penetrate lines in tight spaces and press resistance when pressured yet still having an eye for a good pass. This is the difference between elite teams and average teams.

Kimmich, Fabian Ruiz, Vitinha, Pedri....etc. the cogs that make teams dynamic and with a "real" shooting threat.

There is a reason why we are a poor team.

Theres a reason why we struggle against low blocks and resort to stupid sideways passes.

Theres a reason why we concede easily when we decide to play the ping pong end to end football.

But we cannot see it because we blindly love someone.

Because we think pricetags justify talents.

If we want to recruit night runners and witches then we should clearly state so.

Anybody can score tap inns. Anybody can top recoveries if that's your main task. A goalkeeper has better shot stopping stats always than all outfield players because that's their primary role.

All these can be fixed and patched with the squad we have.
