Ronaldo Or Aubameyang?

Emotions aside, this is purely tactical, technical and financial analysis

The two names currently being mentioned as a stop gap to chelsea attacking malaise. Aubemayang 33 and Ronaldo 37 both fine, aged wines that have lived their lives putting balls into the net for both fun and business. But just who....

Both can play in half wings as well as centre forward admirably. Aubemayang enjoys the priviledge of having worked with Tuchel before and would certainly take a short time adapting to the requirements of the coach. But thats where the positives stop.

As per earlier post done by @kwado in the @Chelsea_fc_worldwide , the biggest problem with chelsea is not chances creation but chances conversion. There is no better goal machine in the world than CR7.

At manunited in his 1st outing, and In Real he was the focal of their attack. People forget that he is a 6 times ballon d'or winner for a reason and the most fit player on earth. But people point you to his ego and high maintainance.

Currently chelsea do not have an egoistic player or a dressing room that could risk a clash of egos with CR7. Despite his ego, you have never heard him throw the " i have come to teach them how to score goals" stupid line like Lakaka. Yes, he pushes his mates to perform... Not top player would live in the current shambolic manchester team that has seen 5 coaches in out without top perfomances

On his financial maintainance, Ronaldo as a brand irrespective of the high wages sells itself and mostly self paying.

People who say Ronaldo does not press should watch him again. Pressing is not just running around, its about positioning to close down the passing lanes.

Ronaldo is high maintainance but high output individual and perharps even more physically fit than Auba. Of the two, he should be the first choice

However, if Aubemayang can keep his physical and mental conditions right, he will be an upgrade to Havertz in terms of chances conversion and movement

Its clear that Auba is the most probable incoming of the two. For us as fans we can only think of the songs to compose for him and support him.

And hope that our fireside stories will be about his success infront of goal.
