Sportsmail can disclose that Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund [PIF] have billions of pounds of assets managed by Clearlake, raising further questions into the sourcing of Clearlake Capitals funding.

Chelsea sources insist that there was no Saudi involvement in Clearlake Capital’s purchase of the club, thus alleviating concerns over any potential conflicts of interest.

The Premier League were sufficiently convinced of the source of Clearlake’s funding to approve the Chelsea deal quickly after the government finally gave the go ahead in May.

Tuchel: "The 3-4-3 in general, the core and the strength of the formation is a bit deep with 3 defenders and 2 central midfielders so from this maybe the responsibility for the 3 attackers is a bit higher in a 4-3-3 or a 4-2-3-1 bcos they've, naturally, a bit more support."

Tuchel: "So we are relying heavily on our wing-backs in this system and still we think it is a good structure for the characteristics of our players. So given this, we should also not get confused that we demand the same of the players. The structure itself is never the problem."
