Spurs players actually look up for it under Roberto De Zerbi there’s belief, there’s energy,maybe due to relegation danger but He’s still got that aura and a clear identity, something players can really buy into. And if Tottenham manages to stay up, he'll have full freedom in the summer to build.

Then you look at Chelsea… hearing names like Andoni Iraola, Oliver Glasner, Silva… good coaches, but it just feels flat. No spark, no presence. Coming into a squad still dealing with the Maresca shift, it doesn’t hit the same and players can feel that too.

We don’t just need a coach right now… we need a manager with atleast a background Aura ( Ex-player) . Not someone who’s used to coaching mid-table teams.

That defensive line is genuinely awful… like, really bad. There’s no midfielder who can actually carry the ball forward, no winger who can beat his man even once.

Chelsea and creativity feel miles apart right now , especially against a low block. Instead of fixing those obvious weaknesses, we’re telling the manager to just work with what’s there and “figure it out”… it doesn’t make sense.

A lot needs to change to get this team back on track. And honestly, it’s only gotten worse since that decision to part ways with Maresca.

The shitty SDs and Puppeteers need to clearly know and understand the true shape of the team and their equally shitty decisions so that there can never be any doubt on the serious decisions that need to be taken in the coming season. Especially the managerial appointment which will then translate to recruitments.


Now that it's almost guaranteed we are out of UCL, we need to eat a minimum of 7 against Liverpool next. So that it's clear enough where we stand.

And the new head coach is expected to be hired before going after the player targets he and the club agree on.
